DYNAMIC DUO The first stop at the big lake. Tiny and
ChopperDave were riding north along the east shore of
MilleLacs.
Break Time A few miles later, we were looking for a place
to settle the dust. Actually stopped at Carlsona along the
north shore. ChopperDave note: Happy Hour 7 days a
week, can't be all bad.
The Valk The sun really makes the color (pink) come out
on the ghost flames. Too bad there's not more chrome on
Tiny's ride. (Just kidding, Tiny...)
Big Bike, Bigger Fish The last stop on the MilleLacs Lake
ride included this photo opportunity with Wally in Garrison.
Time to Shine Brian (and Lori) has the Gangl-Glide
gleamin' for the 2nd Annual Ride for the Mind.
ChopperDave note: Bags are empty.
Looks like it's gonna let up. Actually, it didn't. Rained most
of the afternoon, but most still rode.
Genola The sun was shining, but there were too many
clouds in the way to see it.
Genola, the other side. Another view of the lineup in
Genola.
Tiny at the Boomerang. The rain really came down during
the first leg of the run. Is Tiny smilin'?
He is now. Tiny poses with Lori at the first stop. Note the
water in the ditch on the right.
First Stop in Taylors Falls. Beer 'n Burgers at Grumpy's.
(or was it with Grumpy?) I don't remember.
Very negative. Brian looks to be signaling for something.
Saturday morning at Turtle Lake. It's time to ride.
New skull pegs in Rice Lake. Look closely, that's a pliers
and torx bit screwdriver. Temp-getting hotter.
Wives at Superior in Ashland. Sunday's ride along the
south shore of Superior kept us cool.
Bayfield Pier. Not enough time to take in the ferry-boat ride,
but it was neat to see.
