Wisconsin Tour to be annual event

For those who missed it, ChopperDave’s Northern Wisconsin Tour is history.  For those on the ride, the memories will last a long time.  A little casino gambling, the freedom of  riding on Wisconsin backroads that appear to be MADE for touring (maybe that’s why the Motor Company is in ‘Sconnie), a view of Lake Superior and the Apostle Islands, great friends and the best hamburgers ever at a little roadside bar in Northern Wisconsin are just a few of the highlights of this year’s tour.  Plans are being made for next year’s run already.  Book early, as hotel rooms for this trip fill quickly.

Welcome to the Ride!

The Bike of the Month for August has been called into question as to whether it is really a bike that should be recognized in Chopper’s Today.  This unit appears to be a cousin of the bikes found in CrotchRocket Corner, although the “step-through” design could cause a male rider’s sexuality to be called into question.

But hey, it’s got two wheels, a motor, and handlebars...I say the “Jebster” is a BIKE.

I’ve said it before.  I generally don’t comment on matters of fashion or etiquette (mainly because I don’t know much about either), but I know what I like.  If you are a reasonably nice looking biker chick (like the one pictured

here), here’s a few comments:

·  Two cocktails. Excellent start.

·  Shirt with clever saying several sizes too small. Good.

·  Short cutoffs with boots.  O.K.

·  Shiny pantyhose.  NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO!
